Thanks so much for hooking me and Stephanie up with the chocolates for our wedding!!!! We loved how you printed little 'sayings' on the chocolates. They were a big hit with our guests. Our wedding planner had a special plate of chocolates waiting for us after the reception in our honeymoon suite.

Your Everything Chocolate evening was very enjoyable. One thing I must say is that you were professional, charming, and interesting. With elegance, you brought together a great group of people for a pleasurable evening.

"I bit into the first one..a subtle dark chocolate with a merlot wine preserve and stopped breathing for a split second! It was devine...I needed to hug whoever was responsible for the change in my breathing pattern and my attitude. I did just that. I followed the light in the corner and sampled many more chocolates..., chocolate and ginger, chocolate and lavender...I hugged the brother, thanked him and got super excited! I have not had chocolate this wonderful since Brussels!!!

I want to thank you for exposing me to a whole new world. Chocolate for me was pretty basic. Something sweet with nuts but you have opened my eyes to a new way of experiencing chocolate and understanding the long complex history. I am now so curious about it as I love history and I get the feeling that chocolate has many stories to tell.
